Position Announcement
The Faculty of Social Welfare and Health Sciences, University of Haifa,
is pleased to announce that it is seeking applications for a tenure-track faculty position at the Occupational Therapy department for the 2010-2011 academic year. The successful candidate will be
expected to teach undergraduate and graduate courses develop a research program, apply for research grants, and supervise
graduate students. The academic rank will be matched to candidate's qualifications.
Requirements:
· Completed
PhD or confirmation of PhD by September 1, 2010 in Occupational therapy or in Psychology or Psychiatry.
· Relevant
academic background in occupational therapy or in Psychology or Psychiatry focused on mental health (e.g., coursework, research)
· Peer
reviewed publications in scientific journals
· Teaching
experience, and ability to teach in Hebrew
· Preference
will be given to candidates who have completed Post-Doctoral studies abroad.
